 Please note that the above delivery times are estimates and that the usual shipping time is between 2 and 6 weekdays from the day you receive the Order Confirmation from us via email.

All prices specified above include taxes and duties. If shipping costs for your purchase apply, these will appear in checkout and in the Order Confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased. Free shipping thresholds are applied upon checkout.

SEPARATE DELIVERIES

If your order consists of multiple products, we reserve the rights to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods are delayed or out of stock at the time of ordering. We will ensure you are informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries (when?). You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.

 

SHIPPING METHOD 

The delivery is made to either a residential or business address, and the carrier will require a signature from you or another person, who is eligible to receive the package. Please note that your NUORI order cannot be shipped to a PO box. 

If the delivery cannot be completed, GLS will leave contact details for you to call and arrange a new delivery time.

 

ORDER STATUS

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email. This email serves as your receipt and it also provides you with a tracking link, which enables you to follow your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you receive the Shipping Confirmation before the link is active. You are also welcome to contact us via email if you need help localizing your order at customerservice@nuori.com. Please include the Order Number in the email headline.

 

RETURNS 

You are able to cancel your NUORI purchase within 14 days after receiving the products if the packaging is intact and the products have not been opened and used.

The 14-day period for cancellation begins the day you receive the products, and if the last day of this period falls on a non-working day, the deadline will be extended to the following working day.

Cancellation of the order is done by sending an email to customerservice@nuori.com and returning the products to NUORI. Rejecting to receive the shipment or sending the products back without informing NUORI is not considered a correct cancellation and a refund cannot be given.

NUORI will refund the amount of your purchase once the products have been received and processed by our Customer Service team. Please be aware that shipping costs forth and back will not be covered by NUORI.

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE 

If a product is faulty/defective or NUORI has delivered incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service via email: customerservice@nuori.com. Please include the Order Number in the email headline. 

When contacting Customer Service, you will be asked to provide to fill out a customer claims form regarding the issue.

Once our Customer Service team has received and processed the returned faulty/defective product or incorrect item, you will be notified via email. You will receive the refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs. within 14 days from receipt of items by NUORI, and to the same account as originally used for the purchase.

NUORI reserves the right to reject complaints on products, which have not been used as intended or handled correctly. We do not accept complaints if more than 50% of the product has been used. If you have any questions to how faulty/defective products or incorrect items are defined, please contact us at customerservice@nuori.com.

A complaint about products purchased from us can also be submitted via letter to The Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk.

DUTY OF INSPECTION AND DEFECTS 

When you receive your NUORI package, please ensure to immediately examine the shipment in order to establish any faulty/defective products or incorrect items.

If your package has been damaged during transportation, we encourage you to not accept the shipment and contact NUORI customer service right away.

If you experience any faulty/defective products or incorrect items when you open your package, we also kindly ask you to contact NUORI customer service right away at customerservice@nuori.com

In the case of defects or imperfections, you may send your complaint to NUORI before the product’s expiration date. However, we encourage you to make your complaint in reasonable time after having discovered the defect/imperfection. 

 

PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

Orders can only be made on the NUORI website. We cannot process orders via emails, letters, faxes or social media channels. 

The website is open 24 hours a day but may be closed temporarily due to maintenance. To the extent possible, we try to perform such maintenance services during the night. 

Orders placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. It is required that you are at least 18 years old to purchase products on the NUORI website and possess a valid credit card that is accepted by us.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs including shipment:

/ Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified.

/ There is an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error or the like.

/ We have reason to believe that you are under the age of 18.

/ Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activities.

When placing an order through the NUORI website, the order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with the NUORI Terms & Conditions. You will, prior to confirming your order, have the opportunity to correct or delete the products you have placed in your shopping cart, and you may change the information provided in connection with your purchase. Your order will not be shipped before you have pressed “confirm order” and is not binding before then.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The price of a NUORI product is the price quoted at www.nuori.com at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products. All prices for products at www.nuori.com are applicable until changed. All prices are in EUR and include taxes and duties but are exclusive shipping costs.

The shipping price, if any, is stated in checkout as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the Order Confirmation emailed to you.

VISA and Mastercard can be used for purchasing.

NUORI will draw the amount from your account, but not until the product is ready for shipment.

Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear from your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly to NUORI’s payment provider. NUORI has no access to your payment details.   

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

NUORI sends you an electronic Order Confirmation, which constitutes the acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, delivery address, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.

NUORI stores a digital copy of all Order Confirmations, but we recommend that you save your Order Confirmation in your files, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the Order Confirmation is expedient to have later, should you have complaints about the purchase. Final agreement is entered when the Order Confirmation is sent to you from NUORI. The agreement comprises the products listed in the Order Confirmation as well as the shipping costs if applicable. Once you receive the Order Confirmation, you should go over it and immediately contact NUORI at customerservice@nuori.com, if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies. What is stated in the Order Confirmation is applicable unless you make objections immediately after receipt of the Order Confirmation, since NUORI will in most cases ship the products immediately after sending the Order Confirmation.  

 

DATA PRIVACY POLICY 

Our privacy policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) that came into effect on May 25th, 2018. Protecting and handling your data in a transparent way is something that we take seriously, and we appreciate you placing your trust in us.

THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. 

The personal data provided to NUORI in connection with your purchase at www.nuori.com (name, address, email etc.) and any other information you may give NUORI will be treated confidential and will be used to dispatch your order, for statistical purposes and in connection with other forms of contacting you. NUORI does not collect information about you from other sources. 

 

IN CASE YOU DO NOT PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA 

If you fail to provide personal data either requested by law or by an agreement we have with you, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

When you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, product or service experience or other transactions.

In order to make the procedure for your future purchases at www.nuori.com easier, www.nuori.com applies so-called cookies. These are small files, which are stored on your own computer. This implies that you do not need to enter your address the next time you purchase products at www.nuori.com.

If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this website may become inaccessible or not function properly. You can at any time delete cookies from your browser.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers including contact, identity, financial and transaction data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. 

In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

      NO FEE REQUIRED - WITH SOME EXCEPTIONS 

      You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable admin fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

       

      WHAT WE MAY NEED FROM YOU

      We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

       

      TIME LIMIT TO RESPOND

      We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 14 days. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

       

      CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE AND YOUR DUTY TO INFORM US OF CHANGES

      Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. 

       

      COPYRIGHT & TRADEMAKS

      All contents included on www.nuori.com, such as, but not limited to, design, text, graphics, logos, video and audio clips, images, button icons and the compilation thereof, software compilations, source coding and software, are the property of NUORI or our suppliers. The contents are protected by Danish and international copyright laws. NUORI or our content suppliers own the copyright to the abovementioned.

      The contents of the website may only be copied for your own private use. Any other use of the information and material on the website, such as reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance is strictly prohibited. You may therefore not - besides your own private use - copy, display, download, distribute, alter, modify, reproduce, republish or rephrase information, text, documents or other material from the website without the explicit consent from NUORI or our suppliers.

      Brand name, product names, logos and titles that appear on the website are trademarks or trade names and are property of NUORI or our suppliers. Any reproduction of such trademarks or trade names constitutes an infringement of the owner’s rights and is strictly prohibited, unless it is for your own private use.

       

      CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

      Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute, which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, will be brought before a competent court in Denmark. As a consumer you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.
